Alumni Weekend 2014

    Welcome to Alumni Weekend

On behalf of the Alumni Association and the university, I am delighted to invite you to Alumni Weekend.

All alumni are encouraged to come back to campus for this jam-packed weekend of old traditions and new programs. Experience annual events like our golf tournament, the 50 Year Associates Dinner, the reunion class parade, and the Awards Luncheon, and participate in new festivities including a Quadfest/Spree Day-inspired dinner, a kids luncheon with camp activities, an all alumni party with dancing and casino and arcade-style games we’ve dubbed “Roc the Rec,” and opportunities to meet our new university president, Laurie Leshin. Throughout Alumni Weekend there will also be plenty of time to relax, reconnect with friends, revisit your favorite spots, and see the campus's new spaces during tours and exhibits.

You can review the full weekend schedule here. I encourage you to decide which events you will attend before attempting to register for the weekend. Please note that you will be required to log into your AlumniConnect account in order to register for Alumni Weekend events. Please see below for information on how to activate your account. If your account is already active please proceed to the registration form via the REGISTRATION button above.

Whether it has been five years or 50 since you last visited WPI, I hope you will join us for an Alumni Weekend filled with memories, laughter, and fun for the whole family. It promises to be a wonderful experience. I look forward to seeing you on campus soon!

    With warm regards,

    Myles Walton '97
    President, WPI Alumni Association

How to Activate Your AlumniConnect Account

Each WPI alumnus/a is given an AlumniConnect account that must be activated in order to access the AlumniWeekend registration form.

In activating your account using the First Time Login option, you will first be asked to locate yourself in our database. Once you have located your profile you will be prompted to provide your personalized constituent ID number. The constituent ID number is not your WPI student ID number. This constituent ID number can be found on emails you have received from WPI as well as the Alumni Weekend brochure / postcard you received in the mail. (See photos below.) You will need to input the entire eight-digit number, including any preceding zeros.

If you cannot locate your constituent ID number please contact the Office of Alumni Relations at 508-831-5600 or
alumni-office@wpi.edu and we will assist you. When requesting your constituent ID, please provide your full name and class year in your email.

Once your constituent number is entered it cannot be used again to alter your information. Once you have gained access to your account, please complete your profile and create a username and password that can be used for subsequent logins, including the login for the Alumni Weekend Registration form.

    Locate Your Constituent ID Number

Your constituent ID number can be found on emails you have received from WPI and its affiliated groups, as well as the Alumni Weekend brochure / postcard you may have received in the mail. Please contact us at 508-831-5600 or alumni-office@wpi.edu if you cannot locate your constituent ID number.
