The global and multidisciplinary approach to project-based problem solving at WPI requires a one-of-a-kind facility for close collaboration, flexibility, technology, instrumentation, access to mentors and advisors. Alumni built Alumni Gym, and now it will take the support of our alumni from around the world to transform it into the physical manifestation of the WPI Plan. Many have already stepped forward, and one alumnus in the Class of 1977 has even offered a challenge to his classmates in order to raise the $10,000 needed to earn recognition in the new Gym Atrium.
