Help Us Physically Embody the WPI PLAN

Excitement about the repurposing of Alumni Gym has been building over the past two years.

Alumni Gym was built by the WPI community in 1916, the result of the university’s first-ever alumni fundraising campaign. Every dollar supporting that iconic building mattered and made an impact. Nearly 100 years later, we have another opportunity to come together as a community and make a difference. This time we can impact students, faculty, and alumni—as well as our future inventors, artists, problem solvers, robots (of course), innovators, and entrepreneurs. I hope you will join me in supporting the Innovation Studio at Alumni Gym—a new hub for WPI’s distinctive project-based curriculum—and see exactly how your support will benefit WPI students.

This link will take you to WPI’s first web-based campaign. Choose the area of the gym you want to support, and choose how you want to be recognized. It’s that simple. The site was designed in partnership with a WPI alumni-founded firm, AlumniFund. Please note that groups that reach certain thresholds will be recognized as well as individual donors.

Be part of the worldwide WPI community of alumni, students, faculty, staff, businesses, foundations, and friends in building the Innovation Studio at Alumni Gym and elevating WPI’s project-based curriculum to new heights.
